As many of you lovely Calorie Accountants already know, my #1 disclaimer within my C.A. world is the fact that I am not a doctor nor a dietician; just some schmuck who figured out how to lose a few.. and not necessarily via the most healthful/nutritious strategies (more via an obsession with fake fat, fake sugar, and fake noodles).
